Perry Cabin and the Homes at Perry Cabin
St Michaels has a few groups of Condos and Townhouses on the outskirts of town. The Homes at Perry Cabin are a group of brick townhomes with water views of either the Miles River or Fogg Cove. Each unit comes with a deeded deepwater boat slip on Fogg Cove. A little further down the road is Martingham (MartinghamHomes.com), home of the Links at Perry Cabin golf club(LinksAtPerryCabin.com). Martingham is a golf course community with single family homes and five groups of condos and townhomes. Memberships at the golf club are available but not required.
